Managed endpoint service is one of the services offered under our technology support solutions. Our full-service solution will allow you to leverage our extensive experience and expertise in endpoint management.

Our dedicated team of IT support experts will manage all your endpoint devices from desktop computers, laptops, mobile phones, servers, virtual environments and others.     • Computer device and application management of cross platforms from Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile devices such as Android and iOS; Setup of devices from applying computer and mobile policies, restrictions, installation of application software, login creation, password reset, and others
  • Anti-virus and Endpoint Security
    • Installation and management of protection against virus and malware to windows computers, servers, virtual machines, android and iOS mobile devices that is monitored 24/7
  • Asset Management
    • Asset lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, access points, servers, network switches, and others from planning, acquiring, using, maintaining, to asset disposal
  • Patch Management
    • Centralized updating/patching of operating systems and firmware computers, mobile phones, servers, access points, firewall, switches, and etc. to ensure optimum performance and security against vulnerabilities
